tune up analysis...
I just checked the resistances of my injectors and plug wires today and the spark plugs are less than a month old.. its an MAF TPI.
ever since I replaced the heads this august the motor has a slight rythmic shudder with a period much too slow to be valvetrain. shakes for a second then smooth for 2.
I thought it might be an injector going bad but all of them are right around 17 ohms.
The plugwires are accel 300+ (ugh!) but they have a max of 450 Ohms to 250 min and some cracks through the insulation. I think they might be the problem except like I said the shake seems like it only happens every 5-10 revolutions or so.
now I am thinking it might be a fuel delivery problem because sometimes when its very hot the motor wants to die. When it idles during this situation the revs bounce from 400 to normal and sometimes low enough to die. sounds like fuel pump to me.
I dont know what else this could be but I am open to any suggestions .. vacuum test?, FP test?, timing marks off?, possibly transmision related? (mine is at 125K without rebuild!)
thanks.

K&N,Air foil,hypertech chip, thermostat+fanswitch
free mods, dynomax catback, urethane motor+trans mounts, PST front end poly stuff, Earl's hyperflex brake lines SSM SFCs, Bilsteins very trick homemade ramair, Accel 300+ ignition system. Ported plenum, intake and heads with 1.94I valves.
Planning: Heddman 1-5/8 longtubes, NOS 150 plate, replace the "peanut"! and Eibach Sportlines.
