Piston Hitting Head
Finally found the source of my tapping (turned banging) noise
The #8 piston is hitting the cylinder head. It's top dead center is about .25" higher than all the other pistons
What would cause this to happen?
The motor was running perfect for about 4 months (since i baught and swapped it in) I've never run it hard enough to break anything
I'm going to try and find time to get the motor out this week .... wonder what I'll find
