Need advice on radiator selection.

I am shopping for a new radiator for my TA. I found a aluminum/plastic 2 core radiator for $116. And I found a copper 3 core for $130. Would the aluminum radiator cool better than the copper or would it be backwards? Both have lifetime warrentys.

Thanks

They cool about the same. However, the copper/brass one puts a good 10 extra pounds on the nose of the car.

The factory radiator is an aluminum one with plastic side tanks. I believe it is a 2 core but I am not sure.. (brain fart)... Someone will know for sure

Go to Napa and get a Modine radiator. It will cost you about $100. It is Aluminum. It is considered a one row radiator, which is the equivelent of a three core. I just put one in my car and I am very happy with it. It cools just as good as the old one, if not better. Don't forget a new cap.
