smokes comming out my pcv on my 2.8 when i start it up, i figure its the rings but is their any chance it could just be my valve seals? i dont wanna pull the engine and do all that work if it only requires me to take the heads off.

 

i dont think its the valve seals. you could find out if its your rings by doing a leakdown test.
