Emissions Canister Hoses

I just noticed that the 3/8 line comming from the emissions canister that branches into a T, is not connected to anything. Is this how its supposed to be?

Check the vacuum diagrams for your engine.

If you don't have the VECI label under the hood anymore, look on the FAQ forum for vacuum diagrams.
