My weird rear end

I have a 488 10-bolt 8.5 rear i have this question for you, when i spin the drivers side tire the passenger side doesnt move but when i spin the passenger side tire they both spin help me out.

BTF,

A couple of questions:

Are you turning them in the forward rotational direction on both sides of the vehicle?

Is the transmission in NEUTRAL for both tests?

Are either of the brakes dragging?

Is this a Saginaw differential? Z-T? Borg? New Venture Gear?
