short circuit?
Was wondering about something that happened to me in my 84 v6 auto 2.8 when I made a sharp right turn. The dam car shut off on me. May this be a short in the steering column or something? I have to fix it, turning left all the time will not solve my problem. Seems to be ok if I take the turn short, but darn It I need that U-turn now and then. Maybe someone out there could help. Thanx

Im gonna take a shot in the dark and guess that you had less than 1/4 tank of gas. When you make a sharp turn the fuel pump sucks dry unless you have a baffeled tank. I think these came standard on IROC's but Im not sure.
