How much HP u think?
I would like to add the following mods to my car in the sig, and am trying to figure out how much power I would have.
Here are the mods:
-World Torquer 305's Pocket Ported
-Porting Plenum
-COmpcams 206/214 DUr@.05;.436/454 lift
-comp 1.5 roller rockers
-Edelbrock Headers
-Hooker Cat-back
Also, with this setup and 3.23 gears instead of the 2.73's, could I hit 13's u think?

I would think you would need 3:42s and a higher stall TC to hit 13s.

If i add March Underdrive Pulleys, and an ACcel Fuel Pressure Regulator, with a 1500 stall converter, then can I make 13's, and how much HP u think? Atleast 300?

You want to pick a TC that has a stall speed 500rpm below your peak torque rpm, I believe. I'm not really sure how much power you would be putting out, I'll let that for someone else to answer.
