here's the situation. '92 rs 5.0 TBI: BLM 150's INT 140's o2 0.00 - 0.07. increased fuel pressure blocked off PCV because spring was broken inside it. drove around. BLM 120 - 140 INT 128 went as low as 117 02 still reading lean but better. the problem that i'm having is that at WOT it ran fine. at cruise lean. now at operating temp it sputters and spits. only at operating temp. until it gets there it's fine. the only thing i can think of before replacing the pump is that the relay is getting too hot and not sending correct voltage. will be replacing the relay shortly. just thought i would run it by you people before i get the pump replaced.

other replacement parts have been the IAC, TPS,o2, MAP, plugs, cap, rotor, fuel injector cleaning service. because listening to the guys at a tune-up place guessing.

 

Well it's put in for a Fuel Pump!!! Mrr23 worked on it and were 98% sure after replacing all the sensors that it's Fuel Pump. But if anyone has anything to add go right ahead.

man the intank pump is complete junk. it's too small got small lines and very tiny wires going to it smaller than radioshack speaker wires. the relay is not so great either. it's a problem waiting to happen. mine hit the trash can hard.

Ok well it's in getting a new AC Delco Fuel Pump and a New Fuel Pump relay put on... Hopefully that solves it for the time being then maybe an In-line down the road might help it
