I don't think theres any way to adjust the t-tops. I 'm pretty sure you have to buy new gaskets for them in order to change anything.
i would check for tears in the weatherstripping etc., on the tops and on the car, and go from there.

I once used some foam adhesive tape over the T-top seal to reduce wind noise. It worked quite well, but looked tacky when the T-tops were off.

Are you certain your wind noise is coming from the T-top and not the windows?

You can adjust your tops up and down to your liking. All you have to do is remove the plastic trim piece on your front windshield post. The is a guide in there that you can slide up or down, of course there is one the back 2. Be careful not to overtighten your tops,(especially if they are lexan)i overtightened mine and i crack the holy heck out of my tops, but my wind noise was gone. And if you over due it you could cause more leaks. You dont want to flatten out the weatherstripping too much. hope i helped.
