Saggy headlights TA

TA... both my headlights sit down lower than the hood... (when they are down) if tried to adjust them with the 4 screws on the corners... doesnt seem to work.. what am i doing wroung, or not doin right?

try the two bolts up top that hold it to the radiator support. if not, then go underneath the car and try the two lower bolts.

yeah i have tried holding them into poistion then tighten them down... havent went under the car to those 2 bolts yet... Ill do that this weekend! hope it works!
