OD at WOT??

Does any one know what that thing is that lets your car shift into OD at WOT with a 700R4??

Engine: L98 (350 TPI)

Transmission: MD8 (700 R4) + 3.42 LS1 Rear

do a search on the trans board. it's a throttle valve bushing. not sure what part number of the top of my head though.....
