im 16 and i just helper restore my first car. its a 5.0 305. im lookin to get a little extra power from it. seeing s though i m only a high school student whos poor and plays sports year round i have a tight budget. i wish i had enough for a 350 or better, but i dont. so im stuck with 305. im not lookin to race this, im just lookin for some extra power. anybody have some combinations?....suggestions?

there really nothing except for headers, and K and N filter and stock HO305 dual snorkel air cleaner setup

thats really it with these 305s without tearing down engine

Headers, aftermarket exhaust and a dual snorkel or open element air cleaner should wake it up a bit.

 

thanks guys, thats the response i figured i would expect. i know 305 is kinda waste but its a DD....so im not lookin for 40 hp ya know? just alittle extraa beef
