timing, AFPR after exhaust, intake?

In a couple weeks, I have my exhaust and intake done and I want to know what to do next.
My exhaust is SLP 1 3/4" shorties (too much for my LB9, but I got them new for $300 with install kit and I can get an aggressive cam, heads in the future), h-pipe, car-sound cats, moroso spiral flow mufflers (all 2 1/2"). I'll port the plenum; port and maybe siamese the base. I'll make a TB airfoil from epoxy or JB Weld. Oh, I also have a K&N RC-5000 connected to the rubber piece off of the TB with 3 1/2" exhaust pipe. I would bet the filter would be good for 50hp if I had a civic .

When I get the tpi done, what should I do (to help performance) as far as (general to keep it short)

advancing timing
AFPR (and which one?)
anything else?

Thanks
