passing emmisions
any way in hell my combo to the left here could pass cali emmissions, not counting visual dings against me . lol just curious if its possible.

Yep. My singleplane passed mass emissions, and we use the same dyno, same standards as you cali folks. Just tune it right.
The stock TPI setups ran pig rich out of the box. A properly tuned HSR might run cleaner, believe it or not.
