Personally, I wouldn't buy it without taking a good look at it. The photos don't reveal much, either good or bad.

That prices seems reasonable IF the car is in average or better condition for its age and mileage, AND there are no obvious significant problems.

Theoretically, 103,000 miles is nothing unusual and should not be any cause for concern if the maintenance has been performed. Theoretically, the L98 should last 200,000+ miles before wear requires any heavy service, many times even longer. The transmission should easily last 200K miles if maintained properly and not abused. The rear axle is likely a Borg/Warner 9-bolt, which should outlast the vehicle.

Expect normal wear items to be requiring attention soon, like brakes, tires, shocks and struts, steering, bushings and mounts. Also, expect to perform a lot of routine maintenance to familiarize yourself with the vehicle and verify that all the systems are in good order. You'd probably have to touch every fluid and service item on the vehicle if you acquired it.

If the body is sound and straight, no parts are missing, and the vehicle runs right, it may be worth it.

It appears to be optioned like a typical GTA, and may have Recaro seats (tough to tell by the one photo).
