i need helppppppp!

ok, i was changing the belts today, and when i was trying to change the back one, i noticed it did not have the lower bracket for the power steering, i don't see how the PO got it that tight , we tryed for 30 minutes trying to get it as tight as he did, but we couldn't so now i am looking for new power steering pump brackets, ok, it has a 2 groove pulley, no a/c, so the belt goes from the crank to the water pump to the power steering, will one of these work

part #'s STH-202, and ZOP-8011

While I don't completely understand the problem,I have used the March P/S brackets, and can tell you they work very well.

This may seem stupid but did you compare your new belt and old belt? Are they the same size? Somewhere down the line your car may have ended up with a smaller belt than stock and if you got a stock belt you might not be able to tighten it enough

trust me they are the same size, it is missing how it mounts the lower part, i am going to have to buy a new mount , i need to know which one of these brackets would work the best, that is the question
