is there anyway i can pass emmissions without the EGR hookes up? i have a 212-218 498lift cam and some other goodies...nothin real big. they stick a pipe in the exhaust and look for cats then hold at 2k and look under the hood thats about it. but if the dont look for the EGR is there anyway i can still pass the sniffer?

 

depends on how big a ****** they are. if it's like cali, there cant be an engine light on. and if you have a lot of **** in the way, like the stock air cleaner, with the extra hoses that run along the right side of the motor to the ac, they may not see it. but those tests check to see how much crap your car emits, not just a smell test. there's only one real way to find out, take it somewhere, and have it done. or register somewhere that doesn't require smog..
