Holley Systemax II

I'm really liking this Holley Systemax II system and they say to use a 750 carb. Question is im new to carbs and was wondering which one i should go with...I was thinking about a Edelbrock and then couldn't decide between a manual choke or electric....If anyone has any opinions or comments would greatly help....

thanks
Brett
