my car battery keeps dieing and like couple hours after and its a new battery so it cant be that. i get jumped and it jus dies again its been happening since i got a msd coil.need help

 

What kinda voltage are you getting off your alt?
Should be 14-15VDC while the engine is running. Thats a quick check brother.
Also if your alt is fine the I'd check the last place you worked (electrical wise). Was the car working fine before you changed out that coil?

 

ya it was workin perfectly fine i baught the car 3month ago and the owners that sold me the car had bout a alt for it and showed me the receipt.ever since i got that coil it started doin that problem. i removed the old one and i took the old bracket from that one and used it for the new one, it bolted up ok on one side and on the other one it reached half way of where the screw goes.

 

Check your alt, let us know what ya find.
