Speedo Head Swap Problem
Not Sure what category this goes in. But I am having alot of trouble. I had an 85 cluster and an 115. After performing the trip odometer fix, i decided to swap milaeage rolls and change heads. I took the head out adn start playing with the rolling thing in the inside and installed it later on. Now it doesnt read speed correctly. What have i done wrong, adn can i fix it, or should i just buy a new one?
When im' driving by the time im' hitting 30 it's reading ten and will make it to 20 by the time i'm welling into second gear. Help!!!!

Double-check the speedo cable/speedo head connection (A small clip should hold the cable to the speedo head). Pull the cable a bit and see what happens. If it comes loose, you've found a simple fix.

I never took the needle off. And the socond time (after it didnt read the mpg) right, i click it in very well..like i listened for the click and then pushed in some more... that lil spinning black disk adn the metal thing outside of it, ,that should not have messed anything up? OH yeah and James, that trip odometer fix is great!!!
