Are 305 connecting rods the same as 350?
is the 305 crank the same?

Rods are the same I Know,I believe that the cranks are the same,but I'm not absolutely positive.I know the stroke is the same,not sure on the counterweights.

the crank weights are wrong, so it wouldn't be balanced.
I'm also pretty sure the rods would work.

The rods are the same, but as sonix said the crank is balanced totally different from the 350. They share the same stroke and bearing sizes, but that's all. The weights of the pistons totally change the balancing process.
