Fuel Pulsator
I'm now about to replace the Fuel pump in my car and someone from Autozone said I should put a Fuel Pulsator in with the new pump that will prevent fuel starvation in the event of vibration. This is an AC/Delco part.Anyone heard of this?

Most people just leave off the pulsator and use a short piece of high pressure rubber hose instead. There will be no problems doing it like that.

Is it safe to assume this is a factory part,or something recommended to fix a factory problem.

The pulsator valve absorbs the shock of the injectors pulsing, helps to provide an even, more steady flow at the fuel rail. Your car will probably run fine without it but if your going to pull the pump anyway, it couldn't hurt and it's not that expensive of a part.
