Whats my HP going to be?

I would like a ball park figure of what you guys think my car will have for HP and what type of time it could run with the mods that are going on it. I have an 86 T/A with a carb'd 305. The gearing in the back is 3.23. So far i have a set of headers leading into a cut-out and a 3" exhaust. I have a freshly rebuilt quadrajet, a performer rpm q-jet intake, an open air element and i will soon be buying whatever the best cam for this car will be. What type of times will i be running with everything installed?

You need a lot more info to even touch a ball park figure. What type of heads, cam, any aftermarket parts other than headers??? Is the block stock other than the intake? IMO.

Well, to tell ya the truth the motor probably doesnt have much more kick than it was brand new.

If you factor in 20 years of wear and tear on the motor then *maybe* 20-30HP for the mods you will probably just break even with the 165HP the motor made when it was new.

You could probably read half the newspaper before you get down the 1/4mile...
