How would a coolant leak affect a wideband reading?

Axle/Gears: 4.11 12bolt
How would a coolant leak affect a wideband reading?
Can anyone tell me how a coolant leak would affect a wideband reading? Would a small leak at idle cause lean spikes? Could a big leak during high load cause a rich reading?

i thought a coolant leak would cause a faulty sensor and make it stop working?
