weird jerking

hey i got a quick question.
i have a 91 camaro rs and recently i notice that quite often when i come to a complete stop and sit there with the brake pressed it, it feels like the cars starts to vibrate sharply. it seems like its doing this each time with the rythym of the engine. its really hard t explain sorry. im also only 17 and im trying to understand more and more about my car.
