how do I adjust rocker arm/valve?

this must have been mentioned before.. but Ive manually browsed through a bit,
and used some search but i cant seem to find what im looking for..

how hard is it to adjust rocker arm? caz I think mine could be loose or something.

I know its something like using the valve overlap to find the TDC cylinder,
and torque the TDC to certain torque and turn it back 2times or something like that..

is this what it takes to adjust my valve?
if so where can I find torque spec for a 91 RS v6?
and when i manually turn the crank,
it wont screw my ignition timing will it?
Im such a noob but I wanna tackle this procedure.

any help is greatly appreciated

Valve Adjustment Procedure

I know this is for a v8, but converting it for your 6 shouldn't be too difficult. Hope it helps!
