Engine: TBI 350 - Approx 300hp
Transmission: 700R4 (Soon to be Built)
Axle/Gears: 3.73's & Eaton Posi
Car weight??

I have an 89 RS with a 350 and factory trans (soon to be built) and built up rear end. Can anybody tell me about how much my car weighs? Or tell me where I can find out??

Usually these cars weigh in the neighborhood of 3,500 pounds. Check the tech articles or production info on this site. I remember seeing something that goes more in depth about this.

The easiest way to find out is to pay a visit to your local drag strip and or truck stop and have your car weighed. Your car should be in the 3400 to 3600 lbs range depending on the amount of junk in the trunk (both in the car and you!).
