Injectors and Air/Fuel Ratio

Hi...Ive searched for awhile and I have to bring this up again because I want it done right. I have Ford (yellow top) injectors. I believe they are 19lbs for my 305. Do I set the fuel pressure at 43.5 or 39. Its been argued over and over, but by now I would think there would be a definitive answer on this.

What brings this up, is that on the Dyno, my car ran at part throttle with a ratio around 16:1, and at WOT went to about 12.8:1.

I'm trying to narrow down if its my injectors not set right or I have the timing way too retarded. The power just isn't there.

Any input on any of the points would be helpful. THX

Ford "officially" rated their injectors at 38-39 PSI while GM did it at ~43 PSI. This would lead you to believe that they are different in actual flow. I thought that myself. Others (many others) on this board who have actually flowed them back-to-back have all come to the same conclusion...... it's BS. A 19# Ford injector flows exactly the same as a 19# GM injector. As further evidence, they cite the fact they were all made, ultimately, by the same company (who rates their flow at 43 PSI).
