Axle/Gears: 3.42
Changing the Serpentine Belt

My alternator died. How do I put the belt back on with the appropriate tension? I had to swing a pully down to the right of the alternator in order to get the old alternator off. Is that some sort of tensioner?
Its a 3.1 v6 with no ac
