March Press on PS Pump Question

I have a set of March pulleys to put on my car and I was just wondering about the power steering pump pulley. Its a press on pulley...I have to get a PS pump to use and I was just wondering how exactly you press it on? Not to seem stupid, but can you just put the pump in a vise and press it on? Also is there anything that holds the pulley on once its pressed on (I would hate like hell for it to come off and go through my radiator)? I tryed to look up some directions on March's web site and couldnt find a thing...except they recommend a pump for a 77 Camaro.

There's a tool used to press it on. or you could get a bolt, nut and washer. put the nut on the bolt then the washer. then thread the bolt in the shaft of the pump with the pulley sitting on the end of the shaft. turn the nut to press the pump on.

Since the threads are not SAE Course, finding the correct bolt may
take awhile. Check with some of your local parts suppliers -- it
shouldn't be too hard to find one that loans or rents tools like this.
I used one from a local O'Reilly's, & it was very quick & easy (as the
proper tool usually is...)

Good Luck
