Fuel Pump
Ok guys i have a question im working on my 87 T/A L98 fuel pump runs all the time when the key is on no prime and stop you know what i mean and it seems starved for fuel when it starts real stumbly ok when it warms up it runs great like a scared dog but when i shut it off it wont start back until the car cools completely down could it be the pump, regulator, ECM, or control mod in the distrubitor or a combination of them all im stumped on this one.
my 92 camaro started running really rough starved for fuel. I took the fuel supply line off and found i was getting very little fuel. I thought pump right away. I finally got the pump out and it turned out it was a rubber hose in the tank between the pump and steel line had a split it it. most of the fuel was being pumped right back into the tank. I replaced the pump any way since it is a pain to get to it.
