I hate my dizzy (mallory HEI)
Hey guys, I really hate my mallory HEI dizzy. I have a carbed 385 making around 500 hp, all forged. It has a shot of N20 on there too. Well I bought a mallory box and dizzy for this motor, but I HATE, getting under the damn coil to take off wires and on top of that the damn box will not make my automoter tach move. Needless to say, I am ready to cut my losses and look elsewhere. I want to move over to MSD stuff.
What dizzy should I use? Or better yet, what dizzy are you guys using?
I AM going to be using an ign. box. I want the rev limiter and the all the other options to add things later down the road like timing retard and stuff like that.
Thanks for any help. I am going to go over to summit and see what I can find, and post what i thing I might need.

Small cap with remote coil are pretty common amoung MSD users with your type of setup.

yes, thats what I want. I hate this coil in cap crap. I assume they must be able to rev pretty migh right? My motor is a high reving bastard. It really wants to spin. I just wanna make sure I am getting the exact part that I should be. I will post a few links here to my "maybe" list of dizzys and you can tell me what I should go with. Thanks.
