adjusting rocker arms and testing/ installing fuel injectors
Any steps or tips in how i should adjust my rocker arms some are so tight you cant wiggle the pushrods others are so loose and can shake the rocker arms. When i pulled the intire top end of my engine that the odometer says 114,000 miles it looks fresh and it appears my engine has been rebuilt how bad could misadjusted rockers hurt your performance? Also im putting my injectors in another fuel rail any tips on doing this and how do you test to see if there good?

Rockers can and will throw off your performance if they aren't right. They don't usually just go out of adjustment though.
Anyway, do a search on EOIC. That method is a really good way to do it. You'll have the car off, and you turn it over by hand, then loosen the rocker nut, then wiggle the pushrod up and down, and tighten the nut until you can't wiggle it (it'll still spin!), then add 3/4 turn or so. How much you turn it over, and where to, i'll let you find from a search
injectors - i'll let someone else answer that.

As for your rocker arms, if you are just hanging out with your valve covers off, you will notices some rocker arms are loose and some arent. That means your camshaft has pressure under certain valves while some valves are free. You should be able to move some with your hands. They should not be so loose you can get something between the rocker arm and spring, but should be somewhat relaxed.
I do not understand what you are asking about the injectors? You just want to know how to do a leak check? Screw a fuel gauge on the nipple of the fuel port of the manifold. Start the car. Turn the car off. Watch the fuel pressure. It should hold pressure for a couple hours. It will not hold the same pressure, just some. It will decrease some.

I adjust my valves and rocker arms while the engine is running. Yes I know, Its messy and hot and you can't breath and a pain in the butt, etc.
BUT, it works everytime. Just back off the rocker arm nut and listen for the lifter to tap, then tighten the nut until its stops, then just a hair more.
And as for the injectors, they are probably fine but if you have a leak, you'll know right off. If you have no leaks, and performance seems smooth then I wouldn't worry with them too much.
