Power Steering??

Engine: 305 HO.
Transmission: 350 turbo
Power Steering??
Help please I have a 1991 Camaro and need to replace my power steering pump. But I can seem to get the pulley off. I need to take this off to get to the bolts that hold the pump in place. What do I need to do?

Axle/Gears: 2.77
You need to rent, or borrow from a parts store, a pulley puller for the pump your buying. My '88 is a press on.
