Trans-Dapt Alternator fan & pulley?

Im looking to add a TINY bit of chrome to my newly painted alternator, would this kit fit on the stock alternator??
BTW, its a 88 Trans am, 5.0/305 TPI.

I don't think so. That kit is for a 'V' belt drive system, and your '88 should be a Poly-V drive ("serpentine" as the automotive world seems to call it). Furthermore, you likely have a CS130 alternator, with a different fan entirely.

Besides, chromium and nickel have more mass than zinc, so it's a scientific FACT that chrome will slow you down.
