Observe vehicle.
Note its model year. Is it later than about 1973?
If "yes", then you have one (or at least, your car did, when it left the factory).

OK then , I have Headers back , I took out the smog pump, lines and have heddman shorties. I want to upgrade my intake and carb , I was thinking either edelbrock or weiland manifold and holley 650 double pumper. Do I still need the EGR provision for the manifold or can I just get one without it or block it off ?

You obviously dont have to worry about passing emissions so buy a manifold without the EGR provisions. You can buy one with EGR provisions and block it off but it doesnt look very nice...
