How does computer adjust timing on feedback system?
On the computer controlled feedback carb setups (LG4 and L69) how is the timing controlled at wide open throttle?
Does the computer refer to a set table, where the timing would act similarly to an old mechanical advance distributor. Also like the secondaries on the ccc carb would act.
or
Is the advance (fairly) constantly adjusted according to knock, map, rpm, all kinds of stuff, like the primary side of an E4ME carb.
I'm trying to use the two as a comparison (carb to dist) maybe I can't compare them that way.
Also, does anyone have a spark map, or table or some sort of graphical representation of the LG4 spark advance?
Thanks!
