I have an '88 formula 3-5 TBI. Eventually I am going to swap out the motor for a 383 ci. I hope.. anyway.. I recently bypassed my CAT. Now I hear what sounds like air sputtering when I drive with throttle half or full pedal.. I believe this is being caused by the line I diconnected from the CAT coming from the PEDES Valve. OK now here comes the question. Did any of 84-92 camaros/firebirds come without the A.I.R system and How would I bypass it? Our county has emissions requirements for cars from 95 and older. These vehicles must have a "visual inspection" done.. In other words.. the car needs to appear to have the emissions equipment or if some models came without.. I would just get rid of it and say that its stock.. Well any help would be appreciated Thanks!
