Question about a 350 build?

Will this block bolt up in my 86 iroc?

Mostly, yes.

It has a driver's side oil dipstick, which is not compatible with your exhaust manifolds. Headers fix that.

It has the 2-pc rear main seal, which means your flex plate or flywheel won't fit it. You'll need the one from a 83-85 Camaro/Firebird V8.

Other than those 2 things, it's a drop-in.

I plan on putting on some decent heads and my tpi, will i be able to run a roller cam also?

that motor would be flat tappet because of the 2-pc rear main seal. but look on jegs or summit for a retro fit kit to convert it to a roller cam if you would like.
