What is the factory pushrod lenght with oem roller cam? I have read Its 7.178 and 7.200. Which one is it or is it another size?

Doesn't matter between those 2. That's about the thickness of 2 sheets of copy paper. "Measure with micrometer, mark with chalk, cut with axe".
Call it 7.2" and move on.
