replacing oil pressure switch/sensor question
when replacing the oil pressure switch on my 1986 trans am tpi v8 305 5.0 engine do i have to drain or lower the oil level?
i think is up top near my distributor but the only other place is above my oil filter.
if its at my oil filter would oil come out when i remove the old one?

Transmission: Sometimes
Axle/Gears: Behind me somewhere
Re: replacing oil pressure switch/sensor question
No; it is well above the level of the oil. A few drops might come out of the passage but that's all, no big deal.
