My 92 Camaro wont start!

Car: 1992 Camaro RS, 66 Mustang, 78 t/a
Engine: 5.0 TBI, 289, 400
Transmission: 700R4, C4, th350
My 92 Camaro wont start!
All i did prior to this problem is put in my old cigarette lighter and move the car into the garage. Now i see SECURITY come up when i try to start it. Also i just hear clicking.

Please help me! could it be that my starter is now bad?
EDIT: I put in the original chip in case it might have something to do with it, and now it doesnt click.
