What should be connected here?(pics)

What should be connected to the circled areas in pictures 1 and 2? And where should this hose lead in picture 3?

Pic 1: Coolant hose
Pic 2: Is that a heater hose going into the bottom of it?
Pic 3: E.G.R. valve.

Pic 2 should have a hard vacuum line coming off the firewall leading to that heater divert valve.
Pic 3 hose should lead between the EGR and a the EGR solenoid located right beside the distributor on the pass side. The solenoid is sandwiched between the coil and the mounting bracket attached to the intake manifold.
