O2 Sensor

I just bought the HED-68460 headers from summit and i want to put them in my car and to do that i will need to delete the AIR injection and the O2 sensor. Would the car even run close to right if i didn't use the the O2 sensor with the new headers? The engines the 305 LG4 in a 1984 Z28. Many thanks

Re: O2 Sensor

No.
Weld in a bung somewhere so that you can install your O2.
