Stock L98 heads vs. stock Vortec heads

I have a stock 350 TPI L98 in a 88 Iroc. I just bought a 350 4-bolt main with stock vortech heads for a spare block. I was wondering if it would be worth the trouble to switch the heads and put on a vortech tpi manifold.

Sure, if you dont mind swapping heads while the engine is in the car. Its a lot more of a pain in the butt that way. I'd say it'd be worth at least 20 HP and probably 30.
