Gas gauge and speedo don't work...

Gas gauge and speedo don't work...
So i tried searching... couldn't find anything...
thing is gas gauge is always above full line never moves...
and speedo has been broken for quite awhile(got me a ticket) it occasionally goes up and down and spazes out... but doesnt work
any help?
