Need vacum

I swapped an intake and used a MAF intake (speed density car). Now, I have two provisions for vacum (One for map, one for FPR). I need one more vacum source to use on the line that comes out from the firewall, and also ties in the cruise control. Anyone have any ideas where I can find some more vacum sources??

How safe is it to Tee off of either MAP or FPR vacum???

My cars heater vents do not open right now. However, when they were working they were hissing, so I have to take into an account that if I were to tee off into something there will be a vacum leak there??? So, I really need a source, and i can't find one.

Any info would help.

Re: Need vacum

92 TPI map car. The map sits on the side of the Plenum. Next to it towards the front of the car there is a vacum port. Now, the MAF cars did not come with that vacum port.

ALl I am asking is if there are any other places on the engine, and/or around that I can Tee into for some vacum??

Secondly, would it be safe to Tee into the MAP vacum???

If push comes to shove I can get a vacum canister to get some vacum going, but there has to be an easier option.

You can T into the big hose to the power brake booster. It will look funny but work. If the line you connect has a vacuum leak it won't make hardly any difference as opposed to the FPR or MAP.
Or if you're lazy like me, you can change the PCV valve to one like this picture. The vacuum will drop under WOT but it won't affect other things.
