Fuel injector question

Right now I have 22 lb injectors. I also have set of 24 lb injectors and I wanted to know if it would be ok to put the 24lb injectors in without my chip being burned to match the 24# one's right now? Also these are used injectors and I wanted to know if Its a good idea to clean them out some how before I put them in? I need to upgrade injector, the ones I have right now are to small since I should be making around 300hp right now.

Re: Fuel injector question

22lbs injectors are plenty large enough for 300 hp.

You will run richer but Ok at idle and cruising, but you will be way rich at wide open throttle and higher rpms. And its always a good idea to clean fuel injectors before you install them if you dont know anything about them.
