Sputtering, jerking
hey,
I just recently started having this problem with my car after it rained pretty heavily. My car tends to jerk and sputter hard under load, whether its light acceleration or hard acceleration. I thought it might be a spark related problem, but im not sure where to begin. Also, when the car warms up, it also starts sputtering in idle, but its not a constant sputter, it sounds like its happening to one cylinder. I was wondering if anyone knew where I should be starting to figure out my problem. Specs in sig, but for ignition i am running a super coil, and msd wires with ac delco plugs.
Thanks in advance!!
Chris

I'd start by pulling the distributor cap and making sure it and the rotor are clean, dry, and in good shape.
Wouldn't be the first car that had an ignition module go bad, though.
